Shipping Information

Note on 8/28: Due to large order volumes, processing times are now on the longer end (10-14 days). My wee hands can only do so much (no but really thank you for your patience I’m working through these as fast as I can and am as eager to get them to you as you are to get them🩷).

Order processing times can take anywhere from 2 - 14 days. Following new product drops, it may take longer for your order to ship due to a larger order load on my end. I pack everything myself so backups can definitely happen. If you have a particular deadline (birthday, holiday, going away gift) for your order, please DM me and I’ll see how I can help <3 Otherwise I appreciate your patience and I promise it’s coming <3

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with its tracking number.

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

  • The Little Blue Dood does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of U.S.A), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the U.S.A, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to AND I SAID HI.

And that’s about it! I know that’s a lot of technical jargon but gotta protect my broke ass (a few international upcharges here and there could really screw me so it can’t be done).
